Is there a down payment or deposit required to make a reservation?
There is no down payment or deposit required. Setting up a reservation is free of charge. At the time of move-in, we do charge a one-time administration fee.
How does the special work?
We prorate your first month’s rent using the standard unit rate from the day you move in. Our specials start in the second month and run for the applicable duration. After the special ends, the unit will go back to the Standard Rate.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are: Monday through Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office will be closed on all major holidays.
When can I access my storage unit?
You can access your unit between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. 24/7 business unit access is available.
Can I pay my bill online?
Absolutely! This is a convenient option that many of our renters use.
Are your storage units temperature controlled?
Yes, our units are temperature controlled for an optimal storage experience.
Do you offer business storage?
Yes, a variety of businesses store everything from equipment to files at our storage facility. Our professionally trained staff is here to help if you have any specific questions or concerns about business storage. We have 24/7 video surveillance on the property and you can access your unit at any time with proof of business license.
Can I buy moving supplies on-site?
Definitely! We keep boxes and moving supplies in stock.

We have video surveillance, full fencing, and an electric gate to limit access.
